Dit doen we door:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Te investeren in je kennis- en competentieontwikkeling op gebied van Governance;<\/li>\n<li>In intervisie sessies te sparren met elkaar en actuele ervaringen in te brengen onder begeleiding van een ervaren toezichthouder;<\/li>\n<li>Je in contact te brengen met ons netwerk van potenti\u00eble en bestaande toezichthouders;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring op te doen door \u00e9\u00e9n jaar mee te draaien met een Raad;<\/li>\n<li>Je te helpen met vacatures voor een Raad van Commissarissen (RvC), Raad van Toezicht (RvT) of Raad van Advies (RvA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In deze Governance by Meaning sessie is het onderwerp:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toezicht en weerbaarheid;<\/li>\n<li>Praktijkcase: Hoe krijg je voldoende grip op de manier waarop het bestuur met risico\u2019s omgaat. Is de organisatie voldoende voorbereid op verschillende scenario\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let op: Deze sessie beginnen we met een intervisie vanaf 12:00 &#8211; 13:30.
