The car industry had for a long time the reputation as a male-dominated world. When you think of a mechanic or a truck driver, you probably picture a white guy, right? But should it stay that way? With the growing need for IT experts and the use of data, the increasing societal importance of Diversity and Inclusion and the challenging\u00a0labour market, we might see some changes in who works in the sector.<\/p>\n
