In this role, she has fostered a supportive and inclusive environment for LGBTQIA employees through various initiatives and events. Additionally, Gabriela serves as a DEI leader at the European level within Amazon. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic DEI policies and programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful and sustainable inclusion efforts.
