That’s why sometimes the smartest thing you can do… is to stop. Taking a step back isn’t a weakness, it’s what gives you the energy and clarity to move forward.

In this workshop, you’ll get insights and tools that can help you to reset, and reconnect with yourself. It’s about discovering simple, practical ways to clear your head, feel your body again, and find a little more peace in the middle of the chaos.

What we’ll do together

  • Recognize the hidden costs of nonstop productivity;
  • Look at productivity in a new, kinder way;
  • Try out meditation to declutter the mind;
  • Use gentle chair yoga to tune into your body and its signals;
  • Take home easy tools you can actually use when life gets hectic.
